When all else fails, create something new.

When what you do for a living goes from being a means to earn an income, to an absolute moral imperative, you have found your life’s calling.

Founder, Certified Authentic Leadership Coach, Mentor & Speaker

Raleigh Coaching is an authentic leadership development company that offers coaching, training, mentoring and consulting to a wide variety of individual and corporate clients. It has the charm of a community based business, with a global reach. My mission is to develop leaders and companies that honor individual creativity and innovation.

Before recognizing my calling to be a professional coach, I spent years wondering who I was and where I belonged. I looked to others to tell me…and was continuously misled and disappointed. When I started listening to my own inner authentic voice, it was music to my ears. Now I make a living helping others to listen to their own inner music. Coaching is not simply my profession, it is my life’s purpose. I was fortunate to have discovered this at a younger age than most, and I am therefore inspired to help others find theirs.

As an Authentic Leadership Coach, I act as a catalyst for people to discover, rediscover, and embrace their unique genius. I always try to lead by example to show others that they can be whomever they choose to be, at any given moment. I believe that we all possess unlimited potential, and that it is our individual responsibility to do what we love and find ways to be financially rewarded in the process.
