Kathleen O’Grady, ACC

Founder, Certified Authenticity Coach, Mentor & Speaker

Corporate America limited Kathleen O’Grady’s passions, so she launched Raleigh Coaching, LLC as a vehicle for her creative energy. Like many, Kathleen spent years wondering who she was and where she belonged. She looked to others to tell her…and was continuously disappointed. When she started listening to her inner authentic voice, it was music to her ears. Now she makes a living helping others to listen to their own inner music. Coaching is not simply Kathleen’s profession, it is her life’s purpose. She was fortunate to have discovered this at a younger age than most, and is therefore inspired to help others find theirs.

As an Authenticity Coach, she acts as a catalyst for people to discover, rediscover, and embrace their authentic genius. She leads by example to show others that they can be whomever they choose to be, at any given moment. Kathleen believes we all possess great gifts of infinite potential, and that it is our individual choice and responsibility to do what we love and find ways to be financially rewarded in the process. When we live authentically, authentic opportunities present themselves and people come out of the woodwork to support us.

Kathleen’s mission of inspiring Authenticity & Creativity in leadership began when she decided to transition from her early career in executive support to launch her own coaching practice, which addresses the challenges she had witnessed in her former capacity. Regardless of the industry she was in, the issues were universal and she wanted to do something about them. In a short time Kathleen has built an extraordinary reputation in the areas of coaching & leadership for someone younger than her peers. She is regularly invited to deliver presentations, guest lectures and graduation commencement speeches on the subject of Authentic Leadership & Coaching. Kathleen has also served as President of the 2010-2011 Board of Directors for the Raleigh-Area Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF-RAC).
